Serene leads strategic partnership initiatives at Histoindex by driving industry collaborations to incorporate HistoIndex’s technology in clinical trials and studies, across NASH and fibrotic diseases including oncology. Previously, Serene founded and led Clinnovate Health as CEO, a contract research and health innovation organization offering histopathology and genomic services with key focus in fibrosis and transplant assessment. Before founding Clinnovate Health, Serene had experience in venture capital and private equity in healthcare investment funds and portfolio management in oncology applications. She leverages her passion and prior extensive experience in medtech commercialization to establish impactful and high-value collaborations with clinicians and biopharmaceutical companies.
