At HistoIndex, he drove major change initiatives and programs focused on process improvement, organizational effectiveness, and client success. Paddy is an accomplished leader with diverse experience working across a range of industries for global private and public companies from small to large in scale. He earned his Master of Engineering degree from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.
